SAYA NO UCHI

“SAYA NO UCHI”, which means “Winning the fight without drawing your sword” in Japanese, is a passion project in collaboration with Bjørn Aris.

Over the past few years, Bjørn and I have occasionally met for a cup of coffee. We discuss how our lives are going, what we see, and what we experience. Always informal and especially inspiring and enjoyable. Bjørn Aris connects lessons from the East, learned from the art of swordsmanship, with practical insights into a life with less stress and more pleasure.

As a trainer and coach, he runs management workshops for large corporates, gives speeches on Tedx, and has trained some ten thousand people worldwide. Thanks to the Mental Bridging ® program he developed, he now teaches people to use the left and right halves of their brain, so that energy and creativity can flow more easily, and they can achieve more in a relaxed and efficient way. “Saya No Uchi” is our first joint production in which we attempt to translate Bjørn’s story.
