This festival brought together municipalities, water authorities, provinces, and national government to tackle big questions about workforce challenges, generational shifts, and the rise of AI. The key focus: How can we turn turbulence into progress together?

To capture the day’s energy creatively, we used a point-of-view camera, letting viewers experience the festival through the eyes of an attendee. Every moment—from filming to editing to final delivery—was completed and shown on the same day, reflecting the innovation and agility celebrated throughout the event.
